Hokuto’s dream is to travel around the world as a professional cameraman. One day, he finds that his hospitalized girlfriend’s doctor is his old classmate from high school. The doctor, Shinichiro, and Hokuto used to be very close friends, whom all shared a common love for photography.

However, an accident broke their friendship apart, leaving them out of contact until now.
